Event Management Team / Event Support Staff / Officials / Coaches
Doors Open at 7:30 am
Please do NOT “claim” seats in the gallery for friends /relatives.
Swimmers are NOT allowed in the gallery or on the poolside.
Coaches may “set up” on poolside and are then requested to leave poolside whilst the pool is being rigged.
Teas and coffees will be available (as soon as the urn has warmed up)

SWIMMERS
Doors Open at 8:00 am
This is to allow swimmers access to the changing room to get ready to swim
Swimmers should NOT be wandering around the complex or in the gallery

SPECTATORS
Doors Open at 8:30 am
ALL spectators are requested to remain outside of the building until the doors are opened for them
PLEASE NOTE – PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CHANGING AREAS.
